Buti Yoga is a high-intensity workout that fuses yoga and dance with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. Classes consist of deep stretching, Buti shaking and heart-pounding cardio. Buti dance moves are taken from various styles that focus on an intense shaking of the hips (and Buti) including Miami Booty Dance, Brazilain Baile Funk, Hip Hop, Crunk and African Tribal. Buti is sure to get your energy high and your abs tight!

BUTI is a high-intensity workout that accomplishes everything you need in your workout routine: cardio, dance, strength building, toning and stretching while intertwining the mind body connection. Practicing Buti Yoga also builds self confidence through body awareness and helps women learn to embrace their bodies and helps men learn to move in ways that they normally don't, experiencing a more feminine way of moving, but in a challenging workout.

In Buti we are releasing tension and blocked emotions in the first two Chakras. When the Root Chakra is balanced, we feel grounded, committed and independent. We find balance in this Chakra, in Buti, through an intense flow of Warrior, Forward Fold and Side Angle poses. When the Solar Plexus Chakra is balanced, we feel confident, abundant, satisfied and connected to our intuition. We find balance in this Chakra, in Buti, through Hip Openers and Undulations.
Buti is not just a class, it is a community, a tribe of like minded people who come together to sweat it all out, giving everything they've got, starting from where they are and building from each class.
No two classes are the same and neither are the playlists.
The music is loud and energetic!
You'll hear hip hop, electronica, drum and bass among the eclectic mixes of music. A Buti class is a place you can wear your wildest workout outfit, if you please. Booty shorts and fringed bathing suit tops are encouraged! You'll find yourself able to express your inner wild child, your power and your strength, you will find connection and community in a class that is serious about fitness and empowerment, but not so serious that you can't laugh and shake your hips the whole time!
You will come to learn the poses more each time, but the sequences will be mixed with each instructor's own flavor. The instructors want to help you review form and concepts after class, they are devoted to your success as a Butisattva.
